Steve oversees many of our self-funded clients. Steve joined ENV in 2005 after he sold his Third Party Administrator (TPA) company, Upstate Administrative Services, Inc., to MVP.  For 26 years his organization competed with other TPA's such as POMCO, Excellus, MVP and RMSCO (now Lifetime Benefit Solutions). Steve brings well over 30 years experience to our company.
